Tall and athletic actress Catherine Bell was born in London, England, but she moved from London to Los Angeles with her mother as a kid. Though she was planning to pursue a degree in pre-medicine at college, she left in pursuit of a career as a model in Japan. Then she returned back to L.A. after doing a couple of commercials, and guest appearances on television programs and film projects of a lesser degree. Isabella Rosellini used her as her naked body double when The Death Became Her was released in 1992. She met her future wife (Adam Deason) at the film shoot.
