Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After leaving gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. In 2017, she was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. The Pro Card in the year following aged 17. This made her one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage, after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her undergraduate studies. After completing her college education Ariel returned to stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous shows, which included the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she competed over the years, and she set higher goals each year. In 2009 she won four more Fitness titles. In 2009, she was an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. The young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from competition to complete her degree at college. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she took to the stage at the Olympia to place 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division, despite her lack of expectations. Ariel was competing with one of the world's best athletes. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve each year. Ariel likes to exercise her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups that are done with machines, as well as bent-over rows. She warms up before moving on to her working sets. Also Ariel loves to use her time in the most efficient way is possible. This is accomplished by organizing all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets that range from 10-12 repetitions. She would do this kind of routine twice per week one day being light weight day and another day that is heavy.
